The Developer offers home sites to individuals and approved builders. Each home built at Hidden Lake must comply with the Hidden Lake Architectural Guidelines and be approved by Green Oak Properties, Inc. As you drive through Hidden Lake you will see that the architectural theme of the home designs has an English and French country feel with the use of brick and stone for the exteriors.

The Developer offers home sites for sale at Hidden Lake as described below in three categories:

ON WATER HOME SITES: All lake front lots are walkout sites and range from 1/3 to ½ acre in size. These lakefront sites are permitted to have a dock at the water’s edge if the home owner desires. As of December 2012, there are no lakefront sites available from Green Oak Properties, Inc. (Developer). Plans are underway to construct the last phase of SINGLE FAMILY HOMESITES at Hidden Lake that will consist of 33 premium lakefront sites.

OFF-WATER PARKVIEW HOMESITES: The park view sites at Hidden Lake are 1/3 to ½ acre walkout sites that back up to one of the Community’s park and walking path area.

OFF-WATER PERIMETER HOME SITES: The perimeter home sites of Hidden Lake have the largest range in sizes from ½ acre to 1+ acre. These sites are perfect for sprawling ranch-style homes , larger estate homes or those looking for  a large back yard to accommodate an inground pool or playscape for the kids.

Purchasers may choose one of the pre-approved Builders at Hidden Lake or submit a builder of their choice for approval. Green Oak Properties, Inc. as Developer has sole approval of all builders at Hidden Lake.  Builder must be licensed in the State of Michigan and be able to provide a resume to the Developer. At the time of Reservation (signed document with refundable deposit) on a lot, Purchaser will be provided with a copy of the Architectural Guidelines.

Hidden Lake is serviced by underground utilities: gas, electric, phone and cable TV. Green Oak Township owns and operates the Sewer Treatment Plant servicing Hidden Lake. The Green Oak Water Company is a privately owned water company providing water service to the residents. Dual meters are installed in each home to take advantage of reduced rates for irrigation water use.
