Green Oak Properties, Inc. is the Developer of Hidden Lake. The Developer, first offers lots to our on site approved builders who have models/sales centers at Hidden Lake. These builders maintain their own inventory of lots on which to build your dream home. The Developer then offers additional available lots to anyone who would like to purchase their lot directly from the Developer.

There are specific architectural guidelines and standards for constructing a home at Hidden Lake to uphold the integrity and original vision for the community and at the same time offer diversity. All builders,  must be approved by the Developer. A builder must be a licensed full time builder, ready to submit a resume along with references.

Green Oak Properties, Inc. has a variety of home sites, with the majority having walkout lower levels. Both on water sites and off water sites are available. The off water home sites are composed of perimeter lots and interior park view water lots. Deed restrictions require that a single story home be a minimum of 2,500 square feet and a two story home be a minimum of 2,750 square feet.
